The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for the EU and Import calculator for the USA.
The customs value is made up of the price paid for the goods, the insurance cost, and the shipping cost.
We deliver our products locally and globally, but delivery time depends on what you order, your location, shipment method, and other factors. We ship orders within 3 business days so you can expect your order in 3-7 business days for locations in Europe and for all other locations feel free to contact us and we'll check with our carrier when can you expect it. The only exception is RipStop Hammock which we produce on-demand and the delivery time is around4 weeks.
